This morning I made waffles for Hayden and put 5 candles on them for his birthday. He was so excited. We all sang Happy Birthday to him and he opened his presents from his sisters. He got a Toy Story Thermos cup and a Dora game for his Leapster Explorer, which he has been glued to all morning! We can't believe he is 5 years old. We are very fortunate that he has grown to be such a happy, healthy, kind-hearted little boy! Mommy and Daddy love you so much little buddy!
Abigail colored with markers for the first time today. Maybe she's not quite ready!! I think we will stick with crayons.
Abigail has an ear infection and bad cough this week, so she feels crummy. Today I was rocking Emmaline (who also started the bad cough today) to sleep and Abigail climbed in the chair with us and fell asleep too. It was so sweet, rocking both my baby girls to sleep! I wish I had a picture of both girls passed out on me, but Hayden isn't the best photographer!
